We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment gateways. Trendyazz does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Within 12 hours: Yes, email support@trendyazz.com with your order number for a full cancellation and refund.

After 12 hours: Once an order enters processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.

Currently we do not offer gift cards or gift wrapping services. This may be added in the future based on customer demand.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few additional days.

Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Trendyazz is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition received, with all original tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval/rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges are primarily offered for size changes within the same product. For different products, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
