Cancellation And Modification Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your purchase, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number and the requested changes. We will confirm the cancellation or modification once it has been processed.
Please note the following:
- You are eligible to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this time has elapsed, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
- For any modifications please send them to our email [email protected] within 24 hours after purchase, before your orders are processed, and we will help you correct your orders.
Refund Fee:
- For Stripe payments: Refunds are free of charge. However, please be aware that Stripe does not refund the transaction fee, and you will be responsible for any applicable transaction fees (approximately 5% per transaction, charged by your bank). Refund Processing Time:

- With PayPal payments: A refund fee of 5% will be applied, and the refunded amount will be available in your PayPal balance within a few minutes.
