Thank you for choosing trendyazz.com as your shopping destination. Below, you will find our Shipping Policy, including terms and conditions that apply to your order.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We do not ship to post office boxes (P.O. box).

At this moment we do not offer Next Day or Second Day shipping. We also do not offer to pick up in-store or return in-store.

Once the order has been placed and shipped you will receive a shipping and tracking email.

Shipping Costs and delivery days:

Flat Rate Shipping Inside the United States:

Shipping cost: $4.95 for the first item, additional items are free.

Outside the United States:

Shipping cost: $9.95 for the first item, additional items are free.

Processing Time Monday – Friday

3 – 5 business days

Shipping Transit Time Monday – Friday

Inside the United States: 5 – 7 business days.

Outside the United States: 15 – 20 business days.

In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If your order will experience a significant delay, we will notify you via email. Please update this section if the processing time exceeds 3-5 business days.

***Due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States, shipping times may be subject to delay or change as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak. We ask for your patience as package delivery may experience delays. For any questions, feel free to contact us, and we will provide assistance. Rest assured, we are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Ownership of packages is transferred to the buyer once they are turned over to our carriers, FedEx and USPS. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, nor for misdelivery errors caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from carriers alongside your order, and any shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the carriers.

We take responsibility for your purchase until it reaches the post office. After that point, it is beyond our control. Insurance is provided to protect against loss or damage during shipping. All purchases are shipped through UPS/USPS.

In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with FedEx/USPS.

We are not liable for lost packages during transit. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the chosen shipping service. If you place an order with a forwarding address, it is your responsibility to contact the forwarding company or service for package retrieval.

Please ensure that your address is correct before placing an order, as we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Once the package is transferred to USPS, it becomes their responsibility to deliver and handle any shipping delays or lost packages. If the carriers (FedEx/USPS) lose the package, we will not refund your purchase from us.

Please monitor your package’s tracking progress closely.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct address during checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedule. We will not be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
  • Once your order is processed or has been shipped, we cannot change the address. Please ensure all addresses are accurate, as we will not refund orders with incorrect addresses on the buyer’s part.

Taxes:

  • We don’t collect tax on all orders.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive an email notification once your payment has cleared and your order has been processed (up to 48 hours).
  • A second confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped. This email may include your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey, if applicable.

Order in Transit:

  • Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot issue cancellations or refunds.

Delivery of Items:

  • If the tracking number indicates that delivery was made to your address, we do not offer refunds for items claimed to be undelivered. If you have not received an item despite the tracking information stating it was delivered, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS or UPS) for assistance.

Return Shipping Charges Information:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
  • Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns on orders that received free shipping will be subject to a refund reduction.

If a package or item delivered to you is damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Security Confirmation:

  • Shipping times may be delayed if additional information is required from customers to verify their purchases for security reasons. This is part of our commitment to providing a secure online shopping experience and preventing unauthorized purchases.
  • Security confirmation may be necessary if any of the following criteria apply:
    • The billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider.
    • The shipping address differs from the billing address.
    • Order total exceeds a designated value.
