Return And Refund Policy

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

To initiate a return, you must inform us of your decision within 60 days from the delivery date. If more than 60 days have passed since you received the package, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED

If you receive the wrong product, please provide us with a photo showing the difference from what was ordered. We will promptly replace or refund the incorrect items at no additional cost. If any items are missing from your order, please inform us of the missing items, and we will arrange to send them to you.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please send us a photo showing any damage or defects in the product.

The product warranty is valid for 60 days.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the courier may destroy the package or charge JorJune for customs duties and another shipping fee to return it to our facility. In such cases, Trendyazz will only provide a refund credit of 50% of the total product cost to your payments account.

LOST ORDER – WRONG ADDRESS

Trendyazz will not refund or assume liability for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address.

SIZING ISSUES FOR SHOE

If you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, we will process a free exchange for you.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes; only exchanges are allowed.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs in cases of remorse purchase, no longer needing the items, or choosing the wrong item size and wishing to return the items for a refund.

On the other hand, merchants will assume responsibility for the return shipping costs in situations involving defective products/items, items lost in transit, items damaged due to transit, or incorrect sizing sent by the merchant.

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund, excluding the initial shipping cost.

For returns outside the United States, please clearly mark the shipment as “RETURN” and attach the invoice and single administrative document (SAD). Failure to do so may result in additional costs and customs taxes, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and include all original elements (labels, packaging, etc.) from the original shipment. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a penalty of up to 100% of the item’s value.

The return box is considered part of the original item and should be securely packed inside the outer packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

HOW MUCH IS THE RESTOCKING FEE:

We do not impose any restocking fees for customers seeking to return their orders and receive a refund.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1.  SENS AN EMAIL: Email [email protected] to inform us of your return. Use “RETURN” and the order number in the subject line. Specify the item(s) you wish to return in the email.

** For returns outside the United States, you will receive a reply email with attachments of your order invoice and SAD (DUA) document. Print and include them in your return shipment on the outside of the package.

2. WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND:

After we receive your return shipment, we will process a refund for the total amount of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return shipment arrives.

With the Stripe payment gateway: the refund will take 5-10 days from the day refund is processed to get back to your bank account.

With the PayPal payment gateway: the refund will be available in your account balance after a few minutes in your PayPal account when the refund is processed.

We will notify you through email and SMS messages when your refund is processed with the refund transaction detail.

For orders paid by debit/credit card or Stripe, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as bank/credit card company/Stripe processing times.
